The quintessential metabolism maximizing nutrient.

From crushing fatigue, improving digestion and even cancer support -

VITAMIN B1 might just be what you need:

Vitamin B1 deficiency induces cancer metabolism.

Nobel prize winner Otto Warburg discovered that cancer was caused by derangements in carbohydrate metabolism.

The "Warburg metabolism," found in cancer, can easily be induced by a lack of B1.

Vitamin B1 analogues shrink tumors, enhance metabolism.

Lipid soluble B1 derivatives:

⬩Reduced tumor growth (benfotiamine)
⬩Reversed "partial" (Warburg) sugar metabolism
⬩Enhanced "full" (oxidative) metabolism
⬩Directly killed tumor cells

in animals.

High dose thiamine drastically reduces tumor proliferation.

This has been consistently observed in multiple cancer types, by fixing carbohydrate metabolism + mitochondrial function.

Here, brain and pancreas, two of the deadliest.

Vitamin B1 megadosing completely cures fatigue.

600-1,500 mg of thaimine (B1) daily absolutely abolished chronic fatigue metrics

in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.

Most patients also saw a dramatic improvement in intestinal function and reduction in diarrhea.

Vitamin B1 megadosing cures fatigue.

600 - 1,500 mg of thiamine (B1) reduced fatigue severity by ~40%

Multiple studies showing this.

Perhaps the most important nutrient for the mitochondria.

More people need to know about this.

Vitamin B1 is a PED.

Megadosing this nutrient (as TTFD) in animals:

• QUADRUPLED endurance
• Enhances cellular ATP content
• Lowered lactic acid
• Improved glycogen (stored sugar)

>1 gram human dose, wouldn't go that high, but the effect is potent even at lower doses.

Vitamin B1 reverses insulin resistance.

300 mg of B1 per day:

• LOWERED fasting blood sugar
• LOWERED fasting insulin
• IMPROVED glucose metabolism

B1 is the nutrient most essential for proper glucose metabolism, which is the primary determinant of our health.

Vitamin B1 supercharges motivation.

Parksinon's disease, a dopamine deficit condition, improves with megadoses of B1.

⬩ People with B1 deficiency produce less dopamine
⬩ Adding B1 skyrockets dopamine production in the brain

Few things compare for energy and motivation.

10
Active B1 metabolite (TTP) massively boosts dopamine production in the brain.

Forms of B1 like:

⬩Benfotiamine
⬩Sulbutiamine
⬩Allithiamine
⬩Prosultiamine

enhance TTP in the brain more than standard B1.

Vitamin B1 for cognitive decline.

Lipid soluble B1 form benfotiamine reduces amyloid plaque found in Alzheimer's dementia.

12
Vitamin B1 critical for detoxification/antioxidant status.

⬩Produces CO2, regulating acidity
⬩Produce acetyl groups, which bind toxins for excretion.
⬩B1 enzymes replenish glutathione, master antioxidant

Benfotiamine is used in diabetic complications for this reason.

13
Vitamin B1 reverses fatty liver disease.

Injecting 50 mg (human equivalent dose) of Thiamine HCl into animals completely protected the liver from fat and damage.

Critical for systemic energy metabolism and detoxification/antioxidant status.
Thread image
14
Vitamin B1 megadosing protects the liver from alcohol poisoning.

B1 serves a critical role in the antioxidant system,

which protects the liver from oxidative damage due to alcohol.

Vitamin B1 for improved digestion.

The B1 analogue TTFD massively increased gut motility - a key in fixing digestion.

B1 also:

‣ Enhances stomach acid secretion
‣ Helps in producing digestive enzymes
‣ Critical in anti-inflammatory pathways

16
Vitamin B1 vital for smooth digestion.

Acetylcholine is the primary signal of the parasympathetic or "rest and digest" system, and it promotes gut motility.

Slow motility = constipation & excess bacterial growth = poor digestion.

We need B1 to form acetylcholine properly.

17
Vitamin B1 for reducing inflammation.

We have receptors on nervous & immune cells on that probe for acetylcholine.

promoting an anti-inflammatory pathway.

This is one reason why vagus nerve stimulation is so powerful - it drives cholinergic and alleviates inflammation.

This is the B1 I use personally and often with clients.

There are various "forms" of B1 - many replete cellular active B1 stores more effectively than thiamine in food.

This one has a blend of several objectivenutrients.com/products/thiam…

Many like Thiamine HCl - can be effective in as little as 10 mg, while some require in excess of 1,000 mg. I encourage experimentation.

There are also many lipid soluble forms:

• Benfotiamine
• Sulbutiamine
• Allithiamine
• Prosultiamine

& more.

Same applies here - start low and work your way up.

People also react differently to different forms, so I think it is worth trying multiple.
