Both quality and quantity are important on YouTube.

Without quantity, you'll have no recognition.

But without quality, you'll have no significance.
3
Step 1: Maximize quality

Before even focusing on the quantity,

You MUST make sure that all your videos are of the HIGHEST QUALITY

They must be:

> Well-ideated
> Well-researched
> Well-produced
> Well-edited

"Well" is not to be understood as "decent" in this context. It means the most suitable quality for your niche
4
Step 2: Increase quantity steadily

You won't be able to go from 1 high-quality documentary in a month to 10 high-quality documentaries in a month in 1 day, that isn't possible.

What you should aim for is a steady increase in quantity without compromising on the quality

Step 3: Find the equilibrium

You are somewhere in this graph, let's say the red circle is you.

You have maximized the potential quality of your videos, but you're not uploading enough to be recognizable

The next obvious step should be obviously to increase the quantity so you get closer to the equilibrium and thus building the best brand in your niche

Yes, the quality of your videos will drop.

The solution: Improve your potential.

You can do that by:

• Working harder/longer
• Improving your systems
• Hiring more & better talent
