As pointed out in the Soogyu "dorm analysis" thread, it's 100% undeniable that for the past few years, TXT have lived in 2 separate apartments in the same building.
It is proven by Beomgyu's 2025 DreamWeek interview. In this interview, Beomgyu contrasted his clean 2-person apartment (where he supposedly lived with Soobin) versus the messy/dirty apartment in which the other 3 members live.
The wording of Beomgyu's answers is unambiguous proof that the TXT members live in 2 separate dorm units. This is also supported by Taehyun saying TXT live on 2 separate "floors" in the 2025 fansign.
It is proven by Beomgyu's 2025 DreamWeek interview. In this interview, Beomgyu contrasted his clean 2-person apartment (where he supposedly lived with Soobin) versus the messy/dirty apartment in which the other 3 members live.

TXT lived in a single smaller apartment (where Taehyun+Kai and Soobin+Beomgyu allegedly shared rooms) until March/April 2021, when TXT moved into their current 2-apartment setup.
We know they moved in March/April 2021 because Soobin said he got Odi when he moved into his new dorm, and he said he brought Odi home on April 2, 2021.

While there's some slightly conflicting photo evidence, namely the 5 loofahs in the Sept 2021 TALK X TODAY ep and what looks like 5 tumblers in the kitchen in Soobin's 2025 watermelon practice vid, I think all this suggests is that one dorm unit is the more "communal" shared area

Prior to late 2023, the company tried to hide the fact that TXT lived in two dorms, and Kai and Taehyun also pretended to room together—probably because Korean fans were aware that TXT's building has no 5-room units. Until 2023, the members acted as if they all lived in a single apartment.

One exception to the coverup that TXT continued to live together in one apartment is this Dec 2021 live. In this live, Kai revealed that Yeonjun met Odi way more often than the other 3 members did, and spoke like Yeonjun would know Odi's health way better than Kai would.

What is most significant is that Soobin's song posts in March 2021 were all in English, and not really Soobin's usual taste. Almost all of the other lyrics that Soobin has posted and attached sentimental significance to were in Korean. The songs seem to be a lot more like Yeonjun's taste, since he listens to English songs in a similar style.
Seeing as Soobin seemed to actually have relationship problems IRL (since he planned to get drunk on White Day and cried about not getting candy)... I think that Soobin and Yeonjun had a fight about moving in together, and Yeonjun had commitment issues/doubts about it, so the song posts were like Soobin's messages to Yeonjun while they were fighting about it.

Considering the thematic consistency of all of Soobin's posts and sentiments, I think Soobin must have posted “Conversations in the Dark” to commemorate moving in with Yeonjun on March 30, 2021, and affirming their commitment. Soobin brought Odi home a few days later on April 2.
