How To Make Money As A Writer Step 1: Don't be a writer. // THREAD //

Step 1:
Don't be a writer.
// THREAD //
As soon as you brand yourselves a writer...
Look at who you're competing against.
People from every corner of the globe.
Many prepared to work for pennies.
Think again.
Your prospects might be able to spot bad writing.
But they won't know the difference between acceptable, good, and great writing.
So what to do?
The amount you can earn is determined by the size of the problem you solve...
And the number of other people who can solve it.
So to earn big money...
You need to solve a big problem that does not have a big number of people solving it.
How?
- Experience you have.
- Skills you have.
- Skills you could learn.
- Results you deliver.
- Problems online businesses suffer from.
- Problems you've already solved.
Then try to match up your skills with a big problem.
For example:
Or a bottom of funnel expert who writes content that converts leads into buyers.
Or maybe a content strategist who can plan out an effective sales-producing approach to content.
Note...
And isn't as overcrowded as writing.
Meaning you could earn far more money than if you were just a writer.
While still using almost the same skill set.
So to sum up...
- Find a big problem you can solve.
- That not many other people are solving.
- Then solve it!
And don't just take one of the examples I shared.
Think about what plays to your experience and your strengths.
