I'm begging you:

• Go on google trends
• Find problem people are struggling with
• Turn those problems into digital assets
• Without revealing your name
• Without showing your face

I shared this with a bartender, he made $31K in a single month.

Here's how it works:
2
Step 1: Open Google Trends and search a problem people have had for 10+ years. Set the range to the last 10 years. If the line is flat or rising, it's a permanent market. If it's declining, move on.
3
Evergreen problems that pass this test:

sleep, acne, relationships, job skills, budgeting, childcare.

Nothing tied to a news cycle because trends die. Problems that last decades keep paying.
4
Step 2: Validate on Amazon.

"Best Sellers" → "Books"

Search the topic in Books and check the bestseller rank of the top results. Under 100,000 means real buyers are spending real money on this exact problem right now.
5
Step 3: Get specific.

Not "sleep."
How to sleep better when you work night shifts.

Not "acne."
How to clear adult acne in your 30s.

Not "job skills."
How to learn Excel for an office job.

Specific problems have buyers who feel the book was written for them.
6
Step 4: Build the outline with ChatGPT. Give it the problem and the gaps from those reviews, then ask for a chapter-by-chapter structure. 10-15 minutes, and the blueprint exists before a single word is written.
7
Step 5: Feed the outline back into Claude chapter by chapter. A full 80-100 page draft comes back. This used to take 6 months. Now it takes an afternoon.

9
Step 6: Run the draft through Grammarly and Originality AI. Clean the language, raise the human score. This is the difference between a 3-star book that gets ignored and a 4.5-star book that Amazon keeps recommending.
10
Step 7: Open Ideogram AI. Generate a professional book cover for free.

Type your title, niche, and style. Pick the best output. Download it. Your cover is done. This used to cost $300 and two weeks of back and forth with a designer.
11
Step 8: Upload everything to KDP. Set your paperback price between $12.99 and $16.99. Amazon handles printing, shipping, customer service, and payments. You collect 60-70% royalty on every sale.
12
Step 9: Publish the same book across 17 Amazon marketplaces simultaneously: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany. One upload. 17 markets. Your book is now being sold to buyers in countries you've never visited, in currencies you don't use.
13
Step 10: Run $5/day in Amazon ads targeting buyers already searching your topic. You're placing your book in front of people who are already looking for exactly what you published.
14
Commit for a few days before judging results. The first book builds data. The data tells you what to scale. Quitting at month one is like leaving the gym after the first session.
15
Hit your first $400-600/month from book one. Not life-changing on its own. But this is proof the system works.
16
Step 11: Publish second book in the same niche.

Amazon starts recommending your books together. "Customers who bought this also bought..." Your first book starts selling your second. Your second starts selling your first. The portfolio effect begins.
17
Step 12: Stack multiple formats on the same content.

Paperback, Kindle, Hardcover. Then upload to ACX and turn it into an audiobook, someone else narrates it, you split royalties.
18
Get the portfolio to $2,000-4,000/month across 3-4 books.

Now four assets will be running simultaneously across 17 markets, four formats, and Amazon's own recommendation engine is doing the selling for you.
19
Step 13: Expand distribution to IngramSpark.

Same book. Now available in 40,000 retailers, libraries, and bookstores worldwide. Barnes & Noble. Waterstones. Public libraries. The same content you wrote once is now on shelves you've never walked into.
20
Hire a VA for $150-250/month from OnlineJobs or Fiverr.

Show them the exact system. They handle research, formatting, and upload coordination. You make the strategic calls. The operation runs without you being in every step. This is when it stops feeling like a side hustle.
21
Start a second niche portfolio.

Portfolio one runs on autopilot generating cash flow. Portfolio two grows faster because you already know exactly what works.
22
Hit $10,000/month combined across two portfolios.

One covers rent. One covers everything else. This is the number where the 9-5 stops being a necessity and starts being a choice. Most people who follow this system reach it within 10-14 months.
23
Build a portfolio of 12-15 books over the next 12 months.

Each book generating $500-800/month. Each one a permanent asset sitting on Amazon compounding quietly. No salary cap, performance review or ceiling set by someone else's budget.
24
This is the exact system I used after failing five online businesses.

And the bartender I talked about in the beginning... he's name is Ricard. And he recently made $3,29,000 in lest than 90 days following this exact blueprint:
