So kalau kita tengok balik our gross profit margin:
FY24: ~64.3%
FY25: ~63.3%
We scale more than 5x, but the margin turun ~1%.
Actually ni antara achievement yg team kitorang proud of and convince us that the model can be replicated (and we can scale further).

Sebab bila volume naik, ada banyak benda yg (boleh) jadi.
- Wastage biasanya naik
- Procurement jadi kompleks
- Staff error probably meningkat
These are few things yang akan directly affected our GP. Tapi alhamdullillah with the right system ‘installed’, all these casualties dapat dikurangkan.

Bila gross profit konsisten, then barulah investor confident.
