I’ve always been a fan of studying the past…the coaches and athletes who solved problems without the tools we have now, then pairing that with current research and with what I’ve seen with my own eyes through years on the floor. That blend is how my system evolved.

Technology is useful. I have it, I use it, and I recommend it. But I didn’t start with tech, and I don’t let tech do my job for me. Coaching still requires seeing, thinking, deciding, and adapting in real time. You need skin in the game.
