Behind many of our judgments are needs that feel vulnerable to admit to ourselves.

E.g. When my head judges someone to be a bigot, my heart might whisper “I want to feel free & safe. But I feel my way of being is threatened by others.”

Funnily, we might share that sentiment.

If I pause before judging, I can speak the truth:

What do I really care about here?

Where is the love in my judgment?

What might I need or desire right now. that is expressed through judgment—and how might I express that with clarity & ownership?
