The best podcast I listened this year: Naval x Chris Williamson....

You don't get happy by getting a lot of things.
You get happy by having few desires.
Dumb people think they know everything.
Smart people know that they know nothing.
Naval has a better definition of intelligence:
"The only test of intelligence is if you get what you want out of life."
Find work that feels like play to you.
You'll become great at it because you love doing it.
It's like a wave of motivation.
Do things immediately when you get curious.
The more you do things natural to you the less you have to fear from competition.
Nobody can compete with you on being you.
Everything needs to become a problem in your mind first.
Practice mindfulness to limit your problems.
Don't be afraid of looking like a fool.
The best entrepreneurs are always willing to start over.
• God
• Kids
• Mission
Pick whichever one works best for you.
• What you do
• Where you live
• Who you're with
If you get these right your life will improve significantly.
The gut is what decides.
The mind is what rationalizes afterwards.
If you’re 50-50 on it, pick the thing that’s harder long term.
Pick the thing that gives you more mental peace long-term.
The future is an illusion.
The present is all there is.
You're just a monkey with a plan.
The more serious you take yourself the unhappier you'll be.
You change your physique with discipline.
You change your mind with understanding.
