Ever Pitched to a project and they asked to get back to you.
Here's what you do to avoid such case scenarios
A brief read;

If you have ever faced rejections from projects then this is for you.
First of all, it's funny that what I'll be showing you guys here today was what I learnt when I was still only 16yrs.
And I asked Ai this and they couldn't even give me this answers.
Some things just come naturally from personal experiences.
Well this one is from Dan loks personal experience.
I've always been one that's eager to learn so I used to watch marketing videos from Dan Lok on YouTube way back then and make notes about everything he taught.
I once compiled them into a PDF too which I still have and i checked them today to actually remember exactly what to write.
I also found two other things I feel everyone here needs to learn too
So imagine what I knew when I was 16 coming into play now that I'm in web3.
๐๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ฅ๐๐ญ'๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฐ๐ง ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ข๐ง๐๐ฌ๐ฌ;
Have you've ever sent a project a DM, your resume, or your POW and they promised to get back to you but didn't?
Well I can't relate cause 90% of times I always seal a deal on the first meet.
How do I achieve this?
Walk with me.
When a project or employer asks to get back to you, most times they never do get back to you because maybe they donโt see your proposal as good enough.
They just want to politely turn you down.
Its never nice to hear that from a project .
Case study;
Someone Dm'ed me yesterday with this issue of we'll get back to you later from a project after sending them his POW.
Guess what, his reply to them was "Okay".
That was very wrong from him
So here are things you can do or say when a project asks to get back to you.
First and most importantly;
Always be upfront and direct with what you say to them.
Tell them that whenever you hear the โill get back to youโ word, you never hear from the projects again, and then ask this question.
What would it take for you project and I to seal this deal today?.
That way youโll get to hear from them what they actually need or want from you so you can work on improving your offer.
Secondly, you can ask this questions;
Is it the term?
The price?
The money?
Your budget?
Or is my proposal not good enough?
โซ what part of the deal donโt you like?
That way the client states the problem and you work towards giving them their needs.
When you apply this, 90% of the time they see your willingness to improve and to actually work for them and this helps you secure the job as you'll be given a chance to prove yourself.
I know this helped.
Oya say thank you.
I'll be giving more alphas like this on a daily basis from now.

Here's a simple guide on how to reach out to projects

Is there really a perfect Cold DM.?
I've been getting a lot of DM's about the perfect approach to use while reaching out to projects.
Well personally, I don't think there's a perfect approach and any approach might probably work, but here's something that has worked for me overtime and something you should really try inoculating into your Cold DM's.
Aida is an approach that you are going to see everywhere once you master it because it is an approach that makes projects want to take action
It is extremely powerful at making projects take action or at least reply.
๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ญ๐๐ง๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ;
โ Attention (usually your headline)
โ Interest (why should the project should be interested)
โ Desire (have the project imagine the benefit of having you)
โ Action (tell your project exactly what to do)
Capture the Project's attention immediately.
Start with a compelling subject line or opening sentence.
Use the Project's name and mention something specific and relevant to them.
Build their interest in what you have to say.
Highlight the benefits of of having, relate it to their needs or problems, and provide interesting facts or figures.
Create a desire for the project to learn more or get involved.
Explain how you can solve their problem, meet their needs, or improve their situation.
N/B: would be better to use testimonials, success stories, or specific examples.
Encourage them to take the next step.
End with a clear and direct call to action.
Make it easy for them to respond or take the desired action, whether it's scheduling a meeting, signing up, or replying to your message.
Hi [Project's Name], Iโm impressed by your projects RWAโs innovative approach to asset tokenization.
As a writer with experience in blockchain and finance, Iโve written for [Publications/Project Name] and driven strong engagement.
I can create compelling content to highlight RWAโs impact and success stories, boosting your project's visibility.
Can we schedule a quick call this week to discuss how I can help? Looking forward to your response!
This is basic but maintains the core elements of the AIDA model while being brief and to the point.
By following the AIDA approach, you can craft a persuasive and structured DM that increases the likelihood of positive responses.
When your Cold DM is simple and contains all four requirements, you should be sure that you have a 90% chance of getting a reply.
So with this;
How would you craft your own Cold DM.??
Finally, there's so much more alpha from where this came from.

This talks about transitioning of wealth and how to manage finances to ensure consistent income.

In this space, a lot of people make money and eventually loose everything.
This is because it's not just about making the money, it's about finding the perfect balance between spending and investing for more returns.
My solution to this is
So let's talk about the wealth triangle.
(Before you start, make sure you've turned on Notifications to my post cause I post alphas like this Daily).
There are three money principles you need to know not only to get rich but to stay rich
To know these principles you need to master the wealth triangle
The wealth triangle has three strongholds
A High income skill
A Scable business
A High return investment
Let's take them one by one.
A high income skill is a skill that has the potention to make you over a hundred thousand dollar a year (that was the best way I could explain lol ๐).
That way you are selling your time for money.
The high income skill gives you stable income and wealth.
It prides that stabling needed in your wealth triangle.
There are already so many high income skills in web3 so choose a niche and make the best of it.
Next is;
A scalable business is a business which you can grow without having a lot of people or building lots of infrastructures.
For example;
A restaurant is not a scalable business because to open it you have to build infrastructures and employ lots of workers.
Examples of scale businesses are;
โ E commerce
โ Fitness centres or Gym houses
โ Saloon
โ A clothing store.
The scalable business therefore provides you with steady cash flow
Lastly;
A high return investment is an investment that will provide you a 10% profit return or more every single year.
You invest a lot of money into it so the returns yearly are sizeable.
It also helps you build your network
Examples of a high return investment.
Real estate investment
Buying cooperate stocks and bonds
Treasury bills
So let's rephrase;
A High income skill involves you making money, the second involves people making you money while the last is your money making you more money.
If you follow this simple 3 step path I just laid out for youโre you'll be able to grow your income quite quickly.
You'll dramatically accelerate the process of building true and long term lasting wealth
By sharing this model with you, I hope to provide you with a practical course of action when you start earning from your high income skill in web3.
Like and comment and share so others can see this.
Someone might need this on your TL.

This tweet entails how to ensure that you're offering value for the job your searching which will inturn bring in cashflow.

This is majorly why I've been successful and get gigs so easily.
I'm about to share my blueprint with y'all.
So read on... โ
Emphasizing value over price when seeking jobs can significantly enhance your chances of sealing that gig.
Making the founder understand that you're good at what you do and that it would be a steal to have you eventually gets you the gig.
A lot of jobbers focus on the price and not the value they bring to the team.
Founders already have a lot on their plate.
They receive 100's of DM's from people claiming to do exactly what you claim to do so how exactly do you stand out.?
You stand out by offering so much value, they have no choice but to make you part of the team.
In the graphics is a practical example of the results of offering value.
I spoke with this founder yesterday and one of my students was with me obviously..
I never mentioned or talked about price while discussing with the founder, I just kept dishing out value upon value on how I can help his start up
After offering value โ he eventually brought up price by himself
He asked my price so he'd compensate me already.
(Check the text in the graphics below โ)
Why do you think he asked so early...
Because he doesn't want to loose me to the opposition and feel like having me on his team will do his startup great good.
So now the question is, how do you offer value;
Know the team
ร Find a problem
ร Draft out practical solutions
ร Pitch like no one else does
It's as simple as that....
Apply this four things and watch your hunting game change.
What to include to make your pitch better ;
ร Show that you understand the founders goals
ร Identify pain points
ร Highlight your unique skills and expertise
ร Showcase other relevant expertise
ร Demonstrate impact (Quantify your impact, Use metrics and numbers)
ร Show them long term benefits
ร Negotiate smartly
So that's it for today....
I hope you learnt a thing or two.
If you did you're destined for greatness

This thread shows the importance of being practical than rather theoretical while hunting for jobs
Showing value and what you have to offer gets you the job
A great read.

Show workings
Founders and developers love nothing more than implementation and action.
So while hunting for a job, saying what you can offer to a project does not cut it most times.
You have to actually show and tell them "๐๐ค๐ฌ ๐ฎ๐ค๐ช ๐๐๐ฃ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ค๐จ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐ฃ๐๐จ".
โBe ๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ and not ๐ญ๐ก๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ
Applying the "๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ" and "๐ก๐จ๐ฐ" effectively can significantly enhance your chances of landing your desired job.
โฏ ๐๐๐ผ๐ is what value you can offer
โฏ ๐๐ค๐ฌ is how you plan to offer that value
Must be practical
So here's a scenario โ
You're applying for a marketing strategist position to a web3 project
I have a proven track record of increasing user engagement and acquisition through targeted digital marketing strategies.
In my previous role at (A formal project), I led a campaign that increased user engagement by 40% in six months.
You can bluff if you don't have proof
Read this thread if you don't know how what bluffing is...
x.com/Ernestofweb3/sโฆ
I plan to achieve similar results for your project by implementing a tailored content calender and marketing strategy that includes social media campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content marketing.
By leveraging data analytics, I will continuously optimize these strategies to ensure maximum impact.
You can also create a detailed Action Plan
By this I mean a Step-by-Step Plan:
(Using the earlier example above it can go like this)
Conduct a thorough audit of the current marketing efforts to identify gaps and opportunities.
Create a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the projects target audience, focusing on the most effective apps.
Launch targeted campaigns with clear KPIs and timelines.
Use data-driven insights to refine and improve the campaigns continuously.
I noticed your Twitter engagement could be higher.
I would propose a weekly Twitter Space hosted by industry influencers to discuss the latest trends in Web3, which can drive more traffic to your platform and increase user engagement.
By clearly defining "๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ" you can offer and "๐ก๐จ๐ฐ" you plan to achieve it, you not only demonstrate your capabilities but also show your proactive and practical approach in alignment with the company's goals.
So that's it for today....
I hope you learnt a thing or two.
If you did you're destined for greatness
