There's always been this debate about which payment method is better;

Tokens or Stables

So I decided to do a survey.

Now with all this combined, here's my own full take....

For me it's all about reasoning;

Getting to know the project and having a conviction.

If you love and believe in what their building, then build with them and maybe take a 50:50 payment structure

This is what I mostly do when I believe in the team.

So personally, it's safer with both as the stables ensure you're safer and can't get rugged and the tokens show you believe in the team and what their building.

So now you must be wondering;

→He's not a BDM
→He's not a UI/UX designer
→He's not a Marketer
→He's not a Collab manager

He's a raider and a Moderator

☯ Firstly;

He focuses on research

He researches for the best memecoin projects and builds connections with their Devs

He offers to work for them for token payments since he knows that 90% of their projects do well and they usually launch monthly.

He does the work and gets paid in their tokens worth of what he'd have been paid in stables

These tokens go on to do 10x or more at launch and he earns 10 times what he would have earned in stables

↬He is very good with telegram Bots and can use them practically to help projects.

Find projects currently on presale, this means that they are currently about to launch so you don't have to work for long.

Try to get the Devs attention, show him the practical ways you can work for him.

The knowledge of bots gives an advantage over other Mods and raiders

Ask for token payments worth the stable payments

(Since they'll be launching soon and you believe in them)

You can focus on this and get at least 5 projects.

The thing with this is that, this Devs launch tokens as soon as one dies, they focus on the next

So you can work with them for the long run.

(Make sure it's not a pump and dump Dev though)

Now you are wondering why my focus is on Meme tokens

This is because regardless, the narrative now is on Memes and they are 10x memes launching currently compared to the utility tokens

If you play your cards right, you can earn so much from this

⋗ Don't fall in love with any project, always take profits

⋗ Your practical skills will always help.

My friend helps pay for trending and other things that bring catalysts.

He still earns stables on the side from there.

⋗ Learn to build connections with those Devs beyond the project.

They might always carry you along and refer you for other gigs in the long run.

This is something that I've seen work and been practicalised, so if you're looking for a way to get Liquidity from jobs, you might want to try this out.

Remember to always go all in and be relentless, you only stand out when you're the best at what you do
