This stands for writing down a specific Major Goal you want to achieve through the course of the year.
You can go ahead and list 5 Major goals you want to achieve in Major areas of your life.

I could say My 5 Major Goals are;

What three things can I prioritize to be able to achieve them;
I might consider these three;
1. Build connections with People I look up to in the space and try to build value through them.
2. Improving my onchain analysis.
3. Hunting for Defi jobs and gigs with projects.

You write them down in relation to each of the five major goals earlier mentioned and reflect on them and if they're truly the Main priorities you should be focusing on.

Under the Building connections with people of value in the Defi space, you can write down โ๏ธ 5 tasks that would help you achieve them.
My 5 tasks would be;
1. Cold DM 3 Web 3 personalities daily and appreciate their efforts in the space ๐.

2. Offer value to your Idolos and always show them your little wins and progress.
3. Always show appreciation to everyone who has helped your web 3 journey in the long run
4. Always interact under posts of your Idolos and write reasonable things so you get noticed by them.

5. Always buy token of appreciations for your Mentors in the space no matter how little or pay for classes they teach and get acquainted with them.

So at the end you should have;

So after doing all these you can draft a framework of how you want it to look like so you can keep track of your Goals and how you plan to achieve them.

Lastly, Tracking and reviewing your progress weekly or monthly.
Review what tasks are working on monthly bases.
If all are working then keep doing them.
If some aren't yielding progress then change them and add new tasks.

Then double down and Put more efforts on the ones that seems to be working for you.
Then each quarter, create an updated 1 - 3 - 5 from the updated version of yourself.
