If you want to enhance dopamine sensitivity, this is your peptide

It’s a naturally-occurring fragment of oxytocin called MIF-1

It’s been shown to have rapid antidepressant properties in 4 human clinical trials

- Enhances dopaminergic sensitivity
- PAM at D2 & D4 receptors
- Upregulates c-Fos expression
- Mild mu-opioid blockade (like LDN)

Here’s what I noticed:

- Everyday life is more interesting
- Definitely more socialable
- Feels like a psychedelic afterglow
- Subtle and not stimulating at all
- No side effects but YMMV

My protocol?

10mg subQ daily for 5 days in a row

The bottom line?

Would definitely consider MIF-1 if lacking in the motivation or pleasure department

It’s far from a miracle but is one of the few tools for dopaminergic sensitivity that actually works and has the human clinical data to back it up

I’ll probably run it every couple months to keep dopaminergic sensitivity high

Will also experiment with higher doses & longer cycles
