🇺🇦 Ousted Ukrainian defence minister Fedorov says Kyiv is slowly losing the war, and has only months to change course.
He blames corruption, patronage and a lack of strategy, saying Ukraine is failing to scale AI drones, cheap interceptors, missiles and battlefield sensors.
He puts state effectiveness at just 5% and says the window to cripple Russian logistics and isolate Crimea is closing.
Zelensky’s office says Fedorov was far more optimistic when he held the job.
