🚨SCAM ALERT🚨

SafePal just had a data breach.

They had all of their customer data leaked: Name, Address, E-Mail, Phone, Order Number, Order Specifications everything.

Earlier, I received a call from a number "No Caller Id" claiming to be from SafePal. Usually, I wouldn't pick up, but I am glad that I did.

The SafePal "Risk Concierge Person" at first started saying that the batch which I ordered a bunch of S1 Wallets from last year, had been found faulty and an immediate firmware update was due.
At first, I denied. I said I had no SafePal device. Then they corrected me, citing my exact home address and order date and what I ordered exactly. I froze.

They asked me to check my email, which should include the steps I needed to complete to update my firmware.

That email, again, showed my exact order number and address, asking you to visit a zonos(.)com link. For the record, @Zonos is an official E-Commerce platform used by SafePal to manage cross-border logistics.
That means, SafePal's supply chain has been completely compromised.

SafePal has issued ZERO warnings or statements regarding this. People are literally getting calls from people who know where they live and what they bought. This is a major physical security risk.
