Mushrooms cut dementia risk by ~75%, eliminate need for vegetables.
The highest levels of ergothioneine, only found in mushrooms, dropped the risk of Alzhiemer's / non-Alzheimer's dementias.
Even if there was a low vegetable intake, it didn't matter as long as ergothioneine is high.
Very underrated anti-aging / anti-inflammatory molecule.
