I’m not natural.

I take man made creatine, man made protein powder, a man made multivitamin. I use a man made stove to cook my steak. I lift man made weights. Use a man made phone to track my workouts. I wear man made clothes. Sleep in a man made bed. Go to a man made church building and read a man made bible.

“It’s not natural” is not a valid justification for why something is “bad”.

God designed us with intellect. Even the cross that Jesus hung on was “man made”. The crown of thorns pushed into his skull too.

“Man made.” is not inherently bad.

Drink your fair life protein shakes. Use Bluetooth headphones. It’s ok.

Man made only becomes bad when it’s abused. When it’s used for unholy purposes.

For example: Man made ice cream isn’t bad. God gave us taste buds for a reason. We can enjoy great food to the glory of God.

But - the unholy behavior of gluttony, over consuming said ice cream - that is bad. That is evil. That is sin. It leads to death.

“Man made” isn’t inherently bad. But everything and anything can be used for bad because of our sinful nature.
