The most shredded man alive: Helmut Strebl. At 12, he was a skinny...

He grew up frail, self-conscious, and tired of being pushed around.
So he picked up a pair of dumbbells at 12… and never looked back.
Not for ego. Not for Instagram.
But to become the strongest version of himself - inside and out.
Helmut trains even when he doesn’t feel like it.
He says:
“The body is a reflection of the mind.”
He treats his workout like a sacred ritual.
No excuses. No negotiations. Just execution.
Helmut trains every major muscle group every 5–6 days.
Here’s what a week of workouts looks like:
• Wide Grip Pulldowns, Dumbbell Rows, Shoulder Presses
• Calf Raises (30–50 reps!), Leg Raises, Crunches
Day 2 — Chest & Triceps
• Bench Press, Flys, Dips, Triceps Extensions
• Barbell Curls, Preacher Curls, Seated Leg Curls
Day 4 — Quads & Calves
• Leg Press, Extensions, More brutal Calf Work
Day 5 — Glutes & Chest (Specialization)
• Glute Extensions, Decline Close-Grip Press
Day 7 — Back & Calves Reload
• Seated Rows, Reverse Pulldowns, Calf Finishers
He often supersets, trains to failure, and breathes deeply between sets to recover fast.
Helmut’s secret weapon?
Mind-muscle connection.
• Every rep is intentional
• Every set is full range
• Every lift is controlled and clean
He doesn’t just lift — he listens to his body.
Helmut eats 5–7 clean meals per day.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Meal 1: Chicken, 5–8 Egg Whites, 1 Yolk, Bagels w/ Mustard
Meal 2: Protein Shake (50g Protein, 80g Carbs)
Meal 3–5: Turkey/Fish/Chicken + Basmati Rice
Meal 6: 10–12 Egg Whites + Brown Toast
He cuts carbs in the evening and increases healthy fats when cutting for competition.
To reach his legendary 4% body fat, Helmut uses carb cycling:
• Days 1–3: 150–200g carbs
• Day 4: 300–400g carbs
• Repeat cycle for 4 weeks pre-competition
He never guesses. He calibrates.
Helmut prioritizes 7–9 hours of deep, restorative sleep every night.
He treats sleep like a growth protocol — not a luxury.
