🔫The Smoking Gun: Proof the Epstein Footage was not just cut, but *ALTERED*

Beyond just the cut, the video contains duplicate frames and continuity skips, pointing to direct and purposeful tampering!

After my previous thread on MCJOLE, myself and @StefanPatatu decided to more carefully analyze the video footage.

Stefan had noticed that the metadata listed the full set of edits, which I noted would allow us to identify each frame cut and check that section of footage.

When doing a SHA-256 hash of every individual frame, Stefan flagged that one frame showed up 7 times consecutively in the first half of the video alone.

In the first 5 hours of footage processed, there were 151 duplicated frames (0.028%), often for 2-4 frames each.

Those clusters are small, and even numbers of frames, which often points to hardware processing/rendering skips.

But only one section had a 7 frame hold.

Immediately I noticed upon reviewing the footage that the time stamp this takes place at (11:37:35) was:

-Only around 20 minutes before the midnight skip and shift change.

-Almost exactly 1 hour after the last "stair case incident" from prior analysis.

6/25

You may remember in other threads, at at 10:39:46pm we see an orange blur move up the stairs - which is the *second* case of orange movement on the stairs.

So this was something we'd need to look for.

There was also multiple times we'd seen indications that the footage was either:

-A recording of video playback
-A recording of a screen
-Or an edited overlay on top of video playback to fake the timestamp

Such as the control panel in the top corner that appears

So I watched from 11:20 - Midnight, frame-by-frame, and here's what we found:

1) The control panel:

At 11:23:11pm just minutes before the frames in question, the control panel suddenly appears in the upper right corner of the video.

If you were going to pause the video, overlay additional graphics in a separate system, or manipulate the frames you'd interact with the menu.

That menu component stays until midnight.

At 11:33:56pm officer Tova Noel gets up from her desk and walks right towards the stairs.

She seems to carry something, perhaps a bag, briefly into view for a few moments, while an orange movement is seen on the stairs just *barely*

As she makes her way back to the desk you can see the shape at the top of the stairs seem to shift, here is a still frame.

(Note: she is back in her chair, head visible by 11:35:47pm)

This shifting, similar to what was seen an hour before, happens multiple times over the next 20 min. Here is a sample zoomed in on the stairs, toggling the frames back and forth between 2 frames to illustrate.

It's almost undiscernible, and had we not seen two cases of it before, I'd have dismissed it as artifacts.

But we also know from guard and prisoner testimony that Epstein repeatedly got special treatment.

But we don't know what that entailed.
14
14/25

And it got me thinking about the previous note that we know Officer Noel plugged in Epstein's CPAP, and while she claimed it was at her 10PM rounds, it wasn't (as she was at her desk) she got up to do that later.
Media image
15
15/25

But, why? What prompted that?

Was one of Epstein's special treatments that his door wasn't locked and he just walked to the landing on the stairs to ask the guard for his power cord?

We don't know.

But something got her to go plug that in.
16
16/25

And once again, at the time we see her out of her chair, we see that orange pattern on the stairs.

Did something (someone) prompt her again?
17
17/25

But then in watching the footage a sudden strange jump occurred.

Officer Tova Noel disappears from her desk in a single frame, without walking away. (I've added in my mouse to show you where to look in the clip)

At first I thought this was maybe her lowering her head to sleep - but in frame-by-frame analysis there is no movement in a single frame her head is no longer on the head rest.

That's 0.03 seconds.

19/25

If you as a person were to move your head to desk *quickly* we'd expect 0.4 - 0.5 seconds, which at 29.97 FPS (30,000/10001) is ~15 frames.

Plus pre-motion, we'd expect 12-24 frames of movement.

But she's gone in one.
20
20/25

When does she re-appear? You guessed it, right after the freeze frame moment. A brief movement at 11:37:53 and appearance at 11:37:54pm
Media image
21
21/25

And during the time in question?

11:37: and as you toggle back and forth between 11:37:38 and 11:37:39pm you can once again make out movement on the stairs.

Just 10 seconds before our 7 frame freeze frame.

22/25

Here is the freeze frame of 11:37:31pm, with some of the most visible orange and shadowing on the stairs.

23/25

Now *maybe*:

-someone accidently moved the mouse while recording
-the camera skipped right when Tova fell asleep
-right before she woke up an orange artefact was on the stairs
-It happened to be the only time a random 7 frame hold happened in 11 hours.

..maybe.
24
24/25

But statistically all these things happening around this time, plus the missing time at midnight, the 8 missing minutes, the cut 2m52s, and report inconsistencies all suggest one conclusion:

-The video was purposefully edited.
25
25/25

The only question now, is was it criminal cover-up, or benign edits and technical faults.

While my theory is clear, this is a question only Congress can answer - and it must pursue full, under oath answers to these questions.
26
Big thanks again to @StefanPatatu for his technical work here, would not have been possible without him (and he is still going, hashing and checking the second half of the footage!)

Proof the Epstein video had manipulated duplicate frames and not just cuts.

Congress must demand answers as to why.
28
As an great follow-up note:

-if we had the *real* raw footage, it would be continuous, in its native FPS format, and we wouldn’t have any duplicate frames, skips or mismatch.

-The FBI specialists know this.

-Editing in this way can be a strategy to hide changes as “technical artefacts” and blame timing mismatches on handwavey programs.

-but the FBI and BoP both have actual raw footage: so why don’t we?
29
Another good point:

-we don’t know that these edits (I.e. 7 frame hold) hide anything

-they’d be a great red herring from an intel agency

-but they prove this file was actively tampered with, is not raw footage and lacks chain of custody

That alone merits under oath questions.
@adamscochran
Adam Cochran (adamscochran.eth)@adamscochran
Right, so there is genuinely a part of me that worries that’s possible here.

If I was the FBI agent running this, I’d edit the video, scrub the metadata, record a new version in a screen recording, make some innocent edits, leave that metadata open and release it.

That way if questioned on it, I could prove it’s nothing malicious and everyone would be satisfied without asking more questions.

But the fact it’s not raw footage and the fact there are any anomalies means we need under oath questions and inquiries.

Because this isnt raw authentic footage with proper chain of custody.

So we don’t know that these edits are the damning ones, but we do know they prove there are edits - and that’s a problem.
30
While the review of the second half is in progress we’ve found segments with repeated frames separate by other repeated frames, and by non-matching frames.

While the same hash in a row could be a tech glitch, repeating patterns like this suggest copy and pasting the same clip.

It’s almost statistically impossible for a frame to produce a hash, the next frame be different, and then the third frame repeat the first hash. It would require every single pixel being the same brightness, color, focus, and metadata.
