**Epstein Video Debunk Part 2: LinenGate!**

Holy crap.

You are not ready for this, as it gets crazier!!

Debunking the lies of CO Noel, the OIG, FBI and Bondi about the "linen excuse"

2/42

Yesterday in my original thread, I pointed out that a man, believed to be Epstein, can be seen ascending the stairs at 10:39pm.

The OlG report however claims this was just:

-CO Noel carrying linens up to cellblock L
BUT
Media image
Media image

3/42

There are a series of problems with this statement (number 5 and 6 being some of the most damning!)

1) No other Tier's had linens carried up.

4 cellblocks have stairs in perfect view of the camera, if its procedure to carry up new linens, why didn't we see that here?
Media image
4
4/42

Tova Noel claims that she did her prior rounds at 10pm and at 10:40pm carried up linens.

But she didn't.

Security footage shows she started her rounds at 10:30pm starting with L-tier (Epsteins) where she was for 2 minutes, then crossing the hall.
Media image
5
5/42

What you'll notice is Noel spend less than a minute or so in each tier for their headcount.

And more importantly, her hands are empty.

No linens are being delivered to these tiers.

The lack of any orange linens is notable.
Media image
Media image
6
6/42

We also know it wasn't the case that these cells were empty, which could be an argument for no linens, as the count slip was "73+1"
Media image
Media image

7/42

2) Amount of Linens:

We know at least 8 prisoners are in upper L-tier as inmate #7 was the highest number of the prisoners listed in the interviews.

the crime scene photo shows 3 linens in the hall on the same side as his cell
Media image
Media image
8
8/42

This suggests that in L-tier alone Tova would have been carrying up 8+ bulky prisoner jumpsuits/ blankets if they were replacing the linens.

But that amount of linens are no where to be seen... except of course in Epstein's cell
Media image
9
9/42

3) Hat Man Timing:

But here's where it gets weirder.

The official explanation of Hat Man is that he is delivering fresh linens to 9 South.

He arrives at 12:05am.
Media image
10
10/42

Hat Man then grabs the bag of old linens that was placed there around 8pm and throws them into the hall, before carrying a small bag of new linens downstairs and out of sight.
Media image
Media image
Media image
11
11/42

-Hat Man's bag can't hold more than a few linens.

-Hat Man's delivery is at 12:05AM
nearly 2 hours *AFTER* claimed to carry fresh linens up to L-tier?!

If Hat Man is delivering the fresh laundry, how did Tova Noel already carry it upstairs at 10:39pm?!
Media image
12
12/42

That's damning enough, but then it gets WORSE!

4) Second Epstein Sighting?!

Yesterday we established that an orange blur ascends the stairs at 10:39pm - which OIG assumed based on Tova's statements was her delivering linen.

Which also proves is not a visual artefact.
Media image
13
13/42

I *wrongly* assumed this meant Epstein was out of his cell for all those hours because we never saw him come down the stairs.
Until I was watching the footage back again to see when Tova Noel did her count and noticed another weird moment...
14
14/42

-At 10:29pm something causes Tova Noel to move from her desk and approach the L-Tier stairs. She stands out of view.

-In screenshot 2 you see the empty stairwell and back wall circled in green.
Media image
Media image
15
15/42

-At 10:30:41 you start to notice a shadow on the wall at the top back of the stair, and brief orange flashes, as if a prisoner standing there is shifting.

-At 10:32pm (zoomed in) we catch a glimpse of that orange at the bottom of the stairs before it disappears.
Media image
Media image
16
16/42

-7 minutes later, at the now infamous 10:39pm screenshot the orange suddenly appears. (That is, if the timestamps are believed)

And so this blur at 10:32pm could be Epstein leaving his cell.
Media image
17
17/42

Here is a brief sample, zoomed in, of some of the swaying in video format.

It's much easier to see on a desktop in slow motion, but you can see consistent color changes and shadows that do not appear at the stairs any other time.

(Note: X compresses resolution)

5) Tova Noel was in the room?!?

Tova Noel claimed to do her check at 10pm which we know was 10:30 pm.

But she took longer to check L-Tier than anywhere else.

Why?

She was in the room.
Media image
19
19/42

Epstein had a CPAP machine for sleep that required being plugged in.

And per SHU policy inmates could not have those electrical cables unless they were in-use.

Epstein's CPAP, seen here, was plugged in right beside his mattress. Meaning a CO brought him the plug.
Media image
20
20/42

Tova Noel noted in her report that
"Epstein was laying on a mattress on the floor and without a cellmate"

And yet... she made no mention of the excessive amount of linens that were found in Epstein's room?

Were they not there yet?

Why wouldn't that come up?
Media image
21
21/42

And if Tova had said that it was at her 10pm check that she plugged in his CPAP, why do they continually note that he was last seen at
10:40 pm?

We know Tova lied about the timing on her checks, but she recorded them as 10pm - not 10:40pm.
Media image
Media image
22

6) What the Prisoners Heard:

Even more perplexing is what the other prisoners heard/saw:

-Two different prisoners heard noises in the Tier sometime around 12am-1am that they assumed was a guard doing count despite it being 2+ hours ago.
Media image
Media image
23
23/42

Given the prisoners are used to the sounds of walking and the Tier door, it seems likely someone was in the Tier at that time.

It's also around the same time that
"Hat Man" comes into the tier with new linen and disappears towards the staircase.
Media image
Media image
24
24/42

But neither of those prisoners, nor prisoner 7 (who claims he saw no one enter Epstein's room all night including at 10pm) mention the 10pm-10:40pm interaction of plugging in the CPAP, which would be obvious as they'd have to open Epstein's loud cell door...
Media image
25
25/42

It seems odd for the prisoners to NOT mention a begnign interaction such as Tova Noel plugging in Epstein’s CPAP.

Epstein was just moved to that cell this day, and so his door being opened late would be a notable event.

Unless they knew mentioning it was trouble…
26
26/42

7) 7 Missing Minutes:

Astute observers will realize that if we look at the video timestamps there is a total of 8 minutes missing from the length of the video versus the camera timestamps.
Media image
27
27/42

1 of those moments is when the tape rolls over at midnight and said to be a system glitch.

That's fine.

I managed to confirm most of those analog DVr systems DO have a 1 minute nightly reboot.

BUT
Media image
28
28/42

This leaves us 7 minutes unaccounted for.

And it turns out, it's because the timestamps have been doctored...
29
29/42

Using a stopwatch app I checked the pace of each minute.

The first discovery is that it wasn't consistent.

Which is a clear sign of post edit manipulation.
Media image
30
30/42

When clocks are out of sync, they are too fast or too slow consistently.

So inconsistent time suggests editing.
31
31/42

On average each "minute" I checked 59.35 seconds, but some were longer and some were shorter.

At first I thought maybe it was compression losing FPS, but then I remembered someone pointed out yesterday it’s a screen recording.

Which makes tamper analysis harder.
Media image
32
32/42

Rather than upload the raw file, we for some reason have a screen recording of playback which we see at 3:39:21 when someone accidentally moves the mouse.

This meant the file wasn’t exported at all, so FPS compression didn’t cause the weird timestamps.
33
33/42

So what did?

And why 59.35 seconds?

Because (as ChatGPT sanity checked my math for) it’s exactly the amount of time you shave of each minute to cut 7 minutes out of 11 hours, but still have the timer show each second.
Media image
34
34/42

That means, if something was cut out of the video, we’d be looking for a point in time where between time A and time B the timestamp changed by 7 minutes, but there were no events on screen.

It seemed like trying to find a needle in a haystack…

Until I remembered..
35
35/42

-At 10:32pm orange pixels are seen at the bottom of the stairs.

-At 10:39pm we see the orange pixels go back up.

A difference of 7 minutes on the timestamp.
Media image
36
36/42

But that wouldn’t make sense as we’d expect an instant jump skip if this was the time they cut out.

Unless the actual footage was longer and they only cut out parts where people were visible on camera.

And even then this seemed like a coincidence.
37
37/42

For even a portion of the cut to be during that time:

-Time stamps to be off the testimony reported times before 10:32pm

-Time stamps of testimony after 10:39pm to have improved accuracy

-Time stamps in the video to not match the OIG statements

And guess what…
38
38/42

Timestamps early on in the night, better match testimony when rounded down by 7 minutes, such as prisoners being locked down around 8pm.
Media image
39
39/42

But timestamps later in the night are more accurate to testimony such as the officer who said he arrived at exactly midnight.
Media image
40
40/42

And most of all, the timestamps from when the OIG watched the video, to the current version of the video do NOT match.

Meaning the tampering happened *AFTER* the OIG analysis and still wasn’t in their report.
Media image
Media image
41
41/42

So it ended up being a total coincidence that this time gap was 7 minutes on the stairs, and 7 minutes were missing, but:

-We know at least some of the 7 minutes cut, were removed from the video around then.

Because of how time skewed before and after.
42
42/42

So what did we learn in part 2:

-Epstein may have went down the stairs at 10:32pm

-Tova could not have been carrying up linens, as she didn’t do it elsewhere and clean linens weren’t delivered till 2 hours later.

-Tova claimed to plug-in Epstein’s cpap at 10pm-10:30pm but made no mention of extra linens.

-Hat Man arrives with new linens after midnight and heads towards the stairs to L-tier

-Prisoners report hearing someone in L-Tier between midnight and 1am, around the time Hat Man delivered linens.

-Epstein was found with excess linens, but his CPAP was plugged in.

-7 minutes was missing from the video (after accounting for the 1 minute skip at midnight)

-The full 7 minutes does not seem to be cut from the time between the stair movements.

-But at least some of the cuts seem to be in that time range.

-The OIG did not see this same version of the video.

-The raw file was not exported, which prevents standard frame analysis and waveform analysis that can be used to detect editing, instead we got a screen recording which specifically makes tamper analysis much harder.

All of this points more to lies from CO Noel and others to the OIG, covering up what actually happened that night.

And a deeper investigation is needed into the exact timestamps to figure out exactly where each piece of missing footage is.
43
I am so deeply sorry for those of you who had alert notifications on for this, probably drained your battery with 40+ adam notifications! 😅🤣
44
Oh and if you somehow missed part one, here it is below.

And a video version is in work for the full saga as soon as I feel I’ve analyzed it to death! (No pun intended)

(Also still happy, well adjusted, not suicidal, and I don’t lean on out of windows or do anything dangerous, if I disappear it’s 100% on them)

Well I am now firmly on team Epstein didn’t kill himself after the mistakes they made in this release.

Let’s break it down:

1) This 10 hour video does not show Epstein’s cell.

It is across the entire hall from Epstein’s section.

We can see that in the attached image.
Media image
45
Since people also had questions about the camera system I'll note:

-I called a bunch of places who do commercial monitoring systems

-Most places thought Bondi's claim was rubbish, because they deal in newer systems

-A couple installers that did old analog systems, said a 1 minute nightly reboot for some of the old analog to tape systems that now use DVR does exist but isn't standard anymore.

So while it is suspect, the fact that this prison was older (from the right time period that would have used the old analog DVR system) and in disrepair, its possible that it is possible it was on a system that had that nightly change over, especially since the cameras that were operating were only the DVR 2 cameras which were not the main feed.

So I still think its possible that something was purposefully cut out at 11:59, but as I outlined in this thread, we'll assume that she is telling the truth about that one minute - because it's irrelevant compared to all the other shit we do find.
46
I’m also going to be filing FOIA requests on everything related to every departments review of Epstein’s death.

While everyone is focused on his files, we forget multiple agencies reviewed his death and took notes.

Thousands of pages of evidence.

If this FBI video had this many holes, imagine what else we can find!
@adamscochran
Adam Cochran (adamscochran.eth)@adamscochran
Hey @PamBondi if the case is closed you can’t block FOIA via review.

And while everyone else is coming for the Epstein files, after that video, I’m filing FOIA’s for all the OIG and FBI files related to his death.

Better start preparing them for me.
