The future of passive income:

Micromarkets.

• 0 employees
• High profit margins
• Unlimited earning potential

One of mine made $22,000 in 30 days.

Here's a full breakdown of everything you need to know (& how to place your own):

I have 4 Micromarkets.

They’re basically a larger vending machine.

Instead of 1 regular machine...

They have multiple shelves & coolers.

This means instead of just chips & soda, you can stock:

• Salads
• Smoothies
• Sandwiches

& make a lot more money.

Here’s how:

1. Find a location.

Micromarkets are in high demand right now.

I’ve placed 4 myself & have helped countless others place their own.

You want to target locations that have high foot traffic.

Places like:

• Office buildings
• Apartment complexes
• Manufacturing facilities
4
When you contact these places, do it by:

• Email
• Phone
• Going in-person

& when you talk to the property manager or person at the front desk…
5
Refer to your Micromarket as a “luxury amenity.”

Explain the benefits (0 employees needed, added amenity for them, puts them ahead of the competition, etc).

This will get them interested & you can set up a contract if they want to move forward with it.

Next…

2. Buying a Micromarket.

The average market costs ~$10,000.

But you can finance them with $0 down at a 10% interest rate.

Which is only a $200/month payment.

Then, pay this off with your profits.

(This is what I’ve done for mine)

The best place to buy Micromarkets:
7
Micromart is my top brand.

They're a great price for amazing quality & technology.

After you buy your Micromarket...

Move on to step 3:

3. The setup.

Now that you’ve secured a location & ordered your market:

• Get it delivered
• Completely stock your coolers & counters
• Set your product prices
• Make sure it runs smoothly
• Start collecting cash

Once everything is set up…

The rest runs on autopilot.

4. Profitability.

The average micro-market has a 50% profit margin.

You can expect 40% of profits to go towards product costs…

& 10% of profits towards things like:

• Softwares fees
• Revenue share fees
• Credit card transaction

So, let's run the numbers…
10
Let's say you put $0 down.

In your first month, your micromarket brought in $3,000 (being conservative).

Between cost of goods, fees & your finance payment...

Your profit: $1,300.

& That's just from one location…

Imagine you had 10 locations…

You see, most people on this app talk about the perks of:

• Driving nice cars
• Going for fancy dinners
• Wearing expensive watches

But for me, the real "flex" is being able to be there for my family & spend time doing the things I love.

Things like micromarkets are the vehicle that made this all happen for me.

I'm not saying it's easy.

But it's a business model where once you finish the job…

You can start making money while you sleep.

This means no more alarms & no more dreading Mondays.

I genuinely believe Micromarkets are the future of passive income.

I have students in the Vendingpreneur community on track to make $5,000-$8000/mo with their first Micromarkets.

Anyone can do this.

You can purchase a micromarket or smart cooler for $0 down, place it in an apartment complex in your city & make $3,000-$17,000/month in passive income.
