1. Clone CodeGuide Starter Kit (Open Source or PRO)
- go to Github page of @CodeGuidedev Starter Kits
- click on 'use this template'
- then create new repository
- now name your new repo
- make it private
- then "create Repository"
- Click on "code"
- copy the link

2. Bring your repo to @cursor_ai
- open cursor
- click on "clone repo"
- Paste the link you copied from CodeGuide Starter kit
- select the "destination folder" on computer
- and Click "open"
Now your Starter Kit is cloned with pre-installed packages.

- go to @CodeGuidedev
- click on "new project"
- write detailed input
- follow 5 steps
- download docs
These docs are compatible with any coding model.
It provides "50 step implementation plan" which is great for Cursor Agent.

4. Attach your AI coding docs to Cursor
- Unzip the CodeGuide generated docs on computer
- Select all docs
- bring them under "documentation" folder
- take cursorrules file out of the folder (important)
Now your docs are attached to cursor.

5. Now you have NextJS, Typescript, TailwindCSS, shadcn installed + attached your coding docs
Lets start the coding workflow.
- open composer and select agent mode
- ask cursor to refer to @ documentation folder
- this will provide deep context to cursor
- then ask it follow the "implementation-plan .md" file to code the app step by step
(you can explain the prompt further. the simpler the instructions the better the results)
Let agent follow step by step instructions and you'll have your app coded
