you don't need bodies to lay bricks. what's really killing the lower quartile is the cracked uni grads coming out wielding sonnet like ninja nunchucks. Out of the way, 35 year old boomers

I saw people take two different career paths. Some, uninterested and lazily laying bricks, not really caring to learn or develop expertise, lack of interest. These folks are getting creamed by the nunchuck wielders. There are no jobs for them. It's kind of brutal.

The others are basically just run consultancies now and have to bill astronomically high to avoid having 120 billable hours a week

it's actually so wild seeing how deep the split is. You either have so much work that you don't know what to do with yourself or you are dying. I really don't think it's a question of there not being any work to do because I am dying
