2/ #Wirecard's Senjo Group was once E-Credit+ from Singapore. In 2007, Marsalek was a listed officer of E-Credit's subsidiary in UK. At the end of 2009, #Wirecard purchased E-Credit+ for 12.8 million, renamed it to #Wirecard Asia Pte. Ltd.

3/ In 2014, #Wirecard Asia Pte. Ltd. was sold to Senjo Group's two directors Christopher Eddie and Yoshio Tomiie for 100k.

4/ In 2017, the company that held Tomiie's stake in Senjo Group was sold to Surajpal Singh, a "real estate investor from Singapore" and to Richard Willet, "a horse breeder and wealthy retired Canadian entrepreneur" who lives in Montana. He is close to Henry O'Sullivan.

5/ In various court testimony's, recently when questioning Dr. Anastasiya Lauterbach on February 8, 2024, it was confirmed that #Wirecard's MCA anchor and partner oCap was once Senjo, and that Swiss Life 🇨🇭was behind oCap.
14/ A #Wirecard credit issued to oCap in 2019 was discussed as well. She stated she had not been informed about oCap before, and heard the name for the first time then. She had not known that oCap was formerly named Senjo, only that it was a subsidiary of Swiss Life.
Judge displays a report from YND Technology on screen, which assessed oCap's software, and came to the judgement in June 2020 to "stop the software development". She had no knowledge of it.
