AI generated CAD files aren't ready for manufacturing today. The missing piece is PMI, Product and manufacturing information. That contains the tolerances, datums, surface finishes etc that are needed by a CAM system and machine shop.
Draftwright Specify is a graphical tool and open source library designed for humans and AI to define that (links in comments).
