My whole pre-market takes 15 minutes. 9:10 to 9:25. By the time New...

By the time New York opens I already know what kind of day it is.
Here’s the exact checklist. Steal it. 🧵👇
8 PM to midnight Eastern. High & low.
Asia builds the map. Everything after it plays off this range.
2 AM to 5 AM Eastern. High & low.
Then ask one question: did London take a side of Asia?
Every day runs 1 of 3 profiles:
London sweeps one side of Asia & reverses → NY usually continues that move
London stays inside Asia → NY takes a side first, then delivers the opposite
No clear draw, both sides keep getting taken → I trade less or not at all
Previous day high/low
Asia high/low
London high/low
Equal highs/lows
NWOG
1H/4H FVGs
If it’s not on this list, it’s not on my chart.
Three lines in my journal:
“Bias is __ because __”
“I’m entering when __”
“I’m wrong if __”
If I can’t finish all three, I don’t trade today.
Don’t trade the level. Trade what price does after it hits the level.
Trade 1 wins, I’m done for the day.
Trade 1 loses, I get one more at half size. Then I’m done.
Charts closed by 11:30-12.
I just want to know what I’m waiting for before 9:30, so I’m not making decisions with money on the line.
Profits are a byproduct of how well you stick to the plan.
