All of nutrition science, in one thread. Okay grab some water. This...

Your body is a simple math problem.
• Eat more than you burn, you gain.
• Eat less, you lose.
• Everything else is just details on top of this.
Muscle, skin, hair, hormones. All of it.
• Aim for a palm-sized serving with every meal.
• Meat, eggs, fish, beans all work.
• It also keeps you full longer.
Your brain literally runs on them.
• Whole ones beat white ones most days.
• Oats, rice, potatoes, fruit are all fine.
• Timing matters less than you think.
Your body needs it to make hormones.
• Olive oil, nuts, avocado, fatty fish.
• These protect your heart, not hurt it.
• Low fat usually means high sugar.
Not the fruit kind. The added kind.
• It hides in sauces, bread, "healthy" bars.
• Check the label, not the front of the box.
• A little is fine. A lot, every day, is not.
Nobody talks about it. Your gut is screaming for it.
• Beans, oats, veggies, seeds.
• It feeds your good bacteria.
• Fix your gut, and your mood and energy follow.
Not fancy. Just water.
• Most "cravings" are actually thirst.
• Dull headache or low energy? Drink first.
• Aim for clear-ish pee, not brown.
You don't lose fat in the gym. You lose it in bed.
• Muscle repairs and fat burns while you sleep.
• Bad sleep makes you hungrier. Science says so.
• Seven to eight hours. Non-negotiable.
You need to be consistent.
• One bad meal changes nothing.
• One bad week changes very little.
• It's the next meal that counts. Always.
