I may be getting sued.
I posted a video which talks about how @BoPolny is stringing people along with his prophetic and predictive date setting about catastrophic events that seem to never come to pass.
He warns about market crashes, millions of people dying, and similar events, but he does not stay accountable to the dates he publicly sets. He also often deletes or edits posts after the fact.
I received a cease and desist letter from Bo's attorney saying that I have 14 days to remove the content I have posted about him and publicly apologize. The other option he gave was for me to bring the evidence to back up my claims.
I do not intend to apologize because I honestly believe I am on the side of truth. I also fully believe this is what the Holy Spirit has asked me to do. My heart is not to tear down, but rather to build up Bo and the body of Christ through speaking the truth in love.
Because it feels like Bo is forcing my hand, me and a few others created a two hour long video which shows the evidence in detail, but it also makes a strong appeal to Bo and those who platform him. Been watching for years. Encouraged people to buy silver when it was in the $20s and look at it now. What more do you want? He provides dates that important event are LIKELY to happen and sometime has more conviction about some dates. No issues here.

How about when we all bought silver at $25 to $27 because Bo Polny was promising guaranteed 3 digits imminent. and then silver collapsed to $17. and took over a year to get back up to old price of $25... many sold at a loss... where's the accountability?

It’s been great investment advise, and still is imo. No one can tell you when to take profits. Who told you to sell? You should be mad at that person.

many are using leverage when trading. and when you pair this with bad investment advice that bo polny gives, you're asking for trouble... many newcomers don't know that bo polny is always wrong, and so they jump straight in, investing what they don't have. and then margin call...

There we have it…..leverage? He specifically said not to buy paper silver. Physical only has been what he has promoted. He never said to say trade silver….you are mad at the wrong person.

He promoted silver would spike for years. If you research you can go back to 2016 unless he deleted those videos. so if anyone predicts every year for the next 10 years the stock market will hit 100k, do you give them the same credit when it happens on 2036?

Yes, that is chart analysis. And he is right. The silver chart he shows is a yearly chart, so it can take years to play out. In the end, it doesn’t matter, he said it would spike and it did and it’s going higher. He never told anyone to sell, that’s on you.

he said it would spike every year for 10 years, that is just guessing not analysis. I read post on people who paid for his turning points lost money. So to say he never said to sell is incorrect. he advertised it as trading the ups and downs for those interested in trading.

Your mixing two issues. Buying and holding physical silver is not the same as day trading. His recommendation to buy physical makes sense based on the yearly chart showing a cup and handle pattern. Each bar is one year. 10 bars on a chart is not a lot.
