I'm a millionaire business owner who works with uber-successful...

Many of them struggle with 1) growing their income 2)having a schedule where they're not busy 24/7
Here's why:
On the surface it seems like a dream.
But many businesses turn into a 9-5 job.
If you don't build your business the right way, you end up drowning in emails & Zoom calls.
This is the default life. What makes it worse is there are millions of shiny objects.

When you don't have free time you can't think. So you get stuck working in the business, not on it.
Without free time you never see your family and you can't enjoy life.
While this is doable for a bit, it's not sustainable long term. This leads to another trap...
You keep changing businesses or niches thinking that's the problem.
It's not.
You may run a business, but if it's set up wrong you won't be able to break your income ceiling.
Number of leads, upsells, and customers can become fixed if you're not careful.
Or a black swan like a recession can hit your lead flow and ground your business to a halt.
The reason to grow revenue isn't to get rich or buy a Lambo. It's to hire talent.
When you have a few contractors you can outsource the work that drains you.
This buys your time back and lets you focus on the tasks you enjoy doing.
A business is limited by the leads it can bring in. But social media gives you access to billions of people
Problem: most entrepreneurs don't understand it
• Post daily
• Write about topics that feel effortless
• Share your worldview, not your niche
• Use social media to build an email list
• Be a leader people want to follow
• Build your business in public
• Never sell on the timeline
• Share wins/losses
• Remove ego
Without a system you don't have a repeatable and predictable business.
Yet busy people don't have systems. They have chaos. They guess. They act based on emotion.
Mine is to be data-backed. I don't go on vibes, feelings, or guru opinions.
I ruthlessly collect data then analyze it for answers. Then I use the data to make decisions, conduct experiments, and run A/B tests.
Many paid offers can be productized so they don't need an ounce of your time.
Then you run monthly launches and let people buy it.
You might start with done-for-you or done-with-you... but there's a whole market for do-it-yourself
Optimize for freedom instead of money. When you do, you'll get both.
Life is too short to be underpaid & overworked.
