I’ve decided not to do 50-50.
Instead, I’m testing a 70-30 revenue split with 2–3 people this month.

1/ The why behind this test
At my agency, we currently charge ~$4000 per MVP.
That worked great when I was solo.
But now I want to scale.
And I need people who can fully own builds so I can focus on growth.

2/ What I’m testing this month
I’ll be working with 2–3 people on a 70-30 revenue split.

3/ What you’ll be responsible for
- Building the full MVP (frontend, backend, QA, deployment)
- Updating the client weekly via Slack
- Following the SOP I’ve built over the last 6 months to manage delivery
- Taking full ownership of deadlines and quality
- Hiring and managing devs as projects increase
This isn’t just a dev role. You’ll be running delivery like an operator.
- Building the full MVP (frontend, backend, QA, deployment)

If things go well, I’ll finalize one person in the next 1–2 months to partner with long-term.
That means you’ll get more projects, more autonomy, and more upside.

- Are as passionate about building systems as I am
- Constantly improve our SOPs, workflows, and delivery structure
- Build reusable boilerplates and tools to speed up dev time
- Hire smart and manage lean
- Care deeply about code quality and client experience
I don’t want someone to just execute. I want someone who thinks like a builder.
