using the .382 for me is the best way to not only be buying into dips for strong spot plays, but also for identifying trend strength.

trends that pivot into higher highs from the .382 tend to have a strong move to follow.

- spikes in volume
- liquidations
- oi flushes
- trapped traders

all factors I look at and consider upon the reaction into a .382 retrace.
