often price moving up is through a squeeze in shorts (shorts closing).
a rise towards the all-time high with increased open interest isn't necessarily bearish, but note that price should have only shallow pullbacks before continuing.
any pull back even to a .382 or 70k for example could start a flush of a lot of new positions who have opened up through this ongoing trend.
