Who was the British 🇬🇧 traitor?
John Amery (14 March 1912 – 19 December 1945) was born in Chelsea, London. His father, Leo Amery was a member of the parliament and his mother was a Hungarian ✡️who had converted to Christianity ✝️ . Amery was a British Patriot who sided with Germany during World War II. He believed that his country had been compromised and that a group of wealthy ✡️ish bankers was puppeteering the British politicians. He felt that war was not in the best interest of the British public but only favored a few Plutocrats. Amery traveled to Berlin to speak to the German English Committee. It was at this time that Amery suggested that the Germans consider forming a British anti-Bølshevik legion. Adolf H!tler was impressed by Amery and allowed him to remain in Germany as a guest. During this period, Amery became involved in radio broadcasts, attempting to educate the British people. However, his efforts were cut short when he was captured on 25 April 1945. A trial was held on 28 November 1945 in London where he was found to be guilty of treason and was sentenced to death by hanging. He was hanged on 19 December 1945.
