“Race mixing” is the origin of British law, as the British isles were a nightmare patchwork of different peoples that maintained a defense of their ancestral law codes through many centuries of chaos & compromise over ruling the land. The Normans eventually started speaking English, like their wives, & by Elizabeth the Welsh had reclaimed a throne larger than any in their previous history before the conquest.

The Tudors:
“The family descended from one of the sons of Ednyfed Fychan (died in 1246), the Welsh warrior who became seneschal to the Kingdom of Gwynedd in north Wales, serving Llywelyn the Great and later his son Dafydd ap Llywelyn. He claimed descent from Marchudd ap Cynan, Lord of Rhos and 'protector' of Rhodri the Great, king of Gwynedd, a founder of one of the so-called Fifteen Tribes of Wales.”

The British Isles & Ireland were America before America— the furtherstmost western land for the expansion of power. Continental Europe was less anarchic, & maintained more of Rome— Rome which never quite grasped the British Isles entire.

The Founding Fathers knew this history better than most alive now— as they conceived of “common law” as an anglo-saxon inheritance against the Dane Law of aristocratic privilege. This is why the Whigs in Britain supported the American Revolution as being in the RIGHT.
