I’ve scaled 2 SaaS products to over 7 figures. It took me 10 years...

It took me 10 years to learn.
I’ll teach you in 2 minutes.
BEFORE you actually build the product, you need to validate your idea.
You only need:
- a basic website (launch <1 day by using a template)
- a signup form to capture leads
- a simple branding (e.g., make a logo in Canva
- Share your landing page where your customers are (FB groups, forums, etc.)
- Talk to people who sign up (uncover their needs, pain, etc.)
- Design a product roadmap based on the feedback
Once the idea is validated, you go and build.
- Code yourself or find a dev on Upwork, Fiverr, etc.
- Find a good UX/UI designer
PRO tip: Don't go for low budget (=low quality).
Filter on ratings, hourly rate, and a good portfolio.
Super underrated, but here's your early traction.
- Find bad reviews and feedback from competitors (to build something better)
- Talk to customers of competitors and ask about their current pains
- Write comparison pages to rank in Google
- Launch where your target audience is active (Reddit, FB groups, ProductHunt, etc.)
- Listen to feedback from early users
- Launch the product in private beta (fail in private)
