A 'Special Engineer' was present at Ground Zero on 9/11.
According to FDNY Chief Peruggia, this engineer predicted the twin towers would collapse.

And Chief Peter Hayden stated the engineer was pretty accurate about timing of WTC7 collapse.

The first time collapse of WTC7 is mentioned is 11.07 ET, by CNN Allan Dodds Frank,who reports an explosion/collapse occurred 10.45

This was likely the failed detonation sequence which resulted in a straight,parallel gouge on the south side of WTC7, resembling Murrah building.

PETN det cord when it explodes generates high temperatures of 8000F, which would flash melt steel, cause tonnes of  iron-rich microspheres to form as it cooled whilst airborne.

Explains the molten steel and missing steel/concrete floor pans and trusses, and the  'dustification'.

The greatest risk to surrounding buildings was floors sliding out of control everywhere as they dropped.
Hence,the decision to breakup the concrete using PETN det cord, but too much PETN  flash-melted the steel trusses

The RDX was still needed  as kicker/cutter charges for steel

Cable ducts ran parallel to floor trusses and could be accessed by both the false ceilings and the elevator shafts.
Primaline 85 det cord contains PETN, looks remarkably similar to fibreoptic cable so opportunity was present whilst Securicor 'upgrading' to install det cord too.

Fibreoptic upgrades as part of Securicor surveillance systems were undertaken 1999-2000. Easy to use opportunity to slip in Primaline 85 det cord alongside cables inside cable ducts which were embedded in concrete and ran parallel with long trusses underneath the false ceilings.

Beams were cut with cutter charges and then moved out of the way with kickers.

Resulted in multi-tonne beams reaching some 300ft away and impaled into surrounding buildings at tremendous speeds.

Staff of OEM knew of the impending collapse of all the buildings and also vacated WTC7 very early

Like Richard Sheirer, head of OEM. He was responsible for illegal clean up. Went straight to North Tower but did not coordinate any relief effort but abruptly left before collapse?

Mayor Guiliani also claimed on an ABC news report that he was warned of the impending collapse of the towers.

Emergency personnel on the scene, such as Ptech whistleblower, Indira Singh,who was helping with rescue efforts on the day, says they were told of the imminent collapse of WTC7 around 12noon/1pm.

Deutsche Bank’s insurance company refused to pay for the reconstruction, claiming that dust had not resulted from the destruction of the WTC.
The bank hired RJ Lee Group to do a study, which showed that dust in the Deutsche Bank from WTC dust,was “Spherical iron .. particles"

The RJ Lee study also found that temperatures had been reached “at which lead would have undergone vaporization” [23] – meaning 1,749°C (3,180°F)

The background level of iron-rich microspheres found normally due to construction was assessed by the RJ Lee Group as 0.04% on average.

5.87% was found in Deutsche Bank - many more times than background levels, there's no other source except mass melting of steel.

Neither the RJ Lee Group, nor any of the other groups carried out this test on WTC dust

US Geological Survey Report, which actually released photos of the iron-rich microspheres, detailed the presence of molybdenum microspheres as in a FOIA filed by Steven Jones.

Andrew Ansbro, was one of few firefighters who exited Marriott Hotel before south tower landed on it and killed most of the people inside, he recalled. "The cops had a five-minute head start. They received word that the south tower was going to come down and money of us did"

Captain Anthony Whitaker of the PAPD was commanding officer at the World Trade Center, responsible for all PAPD officers. Transcripts of PAPD radio channel communications show that Whitaker ordered an evacuation at 9:00 a.m. three minutes before Flight 175 hit the South Tower.

Lieutenant Joseph Torrillo, a former firefighter, was, at the time of the 9/11 attacks, director of the FDNY Fire Safety Education Unit.

Says he expected the collapses to occur at 2/3pm, but then was frantically evacuating first responders before the first tower fell.

Special Engineer warned of collapses of both towers and of WTC7, around 5/6 hours before it collapsed.

Mark Loizeaux, president of Controlled Demolition Inc, said he knew that collapse was imminent.
He tried phoning OEM, FDNY, but lines were busy, so called National Research Council committee that was involved in assessing impact of explosives, to warn them about collapses.
