🚨 JAKE TAPPER’S OWN PINNED POST MAY BE HIS BIGGEST PROBLEM.
@jaketapper has kept this George Orwell quote pinned at the top of his X account since 2017: “To see what is in front of one’s nose needs a constant struggle.” — George Orwell 👃 WHY?
Jake, maybe it’s time to read your own pinned post again. 😂 You appear deeply troubled by Trump’s message, but instead of the outrage and hand-wringing, answer the simplest question: WHAT DID TRUMP ACTUALLY SAY THAT IS FALSE? Bring the facts. Expose the lie. Because if you’re standing on TRUTH, what exactly is there to fear?
Jesus said, “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” — John 8:32 ✝️
Here’s the irony: Orwell warned about propaganda, manipulated truth, surveillance and authoritarian control. 1984 gave the world BIG BROTHER, the Thought Police, Newspeak and centralized power controlling what people were allowed to accept as reality. Orwell was warning against that system, not promoting it.
Yet of all the writers, biblical scholars, pastors, historians and thinkers Jake could have pinned at the top of his profile, he chose George Orwell—the man whose most famous work became a warning about the very kind of centralized control Christians often compare with the system described in Revelation 13, where authority ultimately reaches the point that people cannot “buy or sell” without the mark.
So perhaps Orwell’s warning has come full circle: WHAT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR NOSE, JAKE, THAT YOU’RE STRUGGLING SO HARD TO SEE? 👃😏
And this is where the spiritual question becomes unavoidable. I cannot declare what is inside Jake Tapper’s heart or claim as fact whom he spiritually serves—God alone knows that. But Scripture gives us a standard by which ideas and actions can be tested: TRUTH.
Jesus said of the devil, “there is no truth in him… for he is a liar, and the father of it.” — John 8:44. Scripture therefore presents a fundamental spiritual conflict between TRUTH and deception, LIGHT and darkness. 🔥
That is why the question for Jake is not whether he likes Trump. TEST THE WORDS. TEST THE CLAIMS. TEST THE EVIDENCE. If Trump’s message is false, expose it with facts. But if what he said is true, attacking the messenger will never make the truth disappear.
TRUTH DOESN’T NEED CENSORSHIP. TRUTH DOESN’T FEAR QUESTIONS. TRUTH SURVIVES EXAMINATION. 🔥
So Jake, your own George Orwell quote may be speaking directly back to you.
WHAT IS RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR NOSE THAT YOU REFUSE TO SEE? 👃😂
WHAT IS THE TRUTH?
WHO DO YOU SERVE?
