It is not built to run optimally on your specific router, your specific internet speed, or your specific household's actual usage pattern.
'Connects to Wi-Fi' and 'streams flawlessly on your Wi-Fi' are two completely different standards. Your TV cleared the first bar the moment you set it up. Nobody not Samsung, not the store, not the delivery person ever helped it clear the second one."
"Most home routers broadcast two separate Wi-Fi signals: 2.4 GHz, which travels farther but is slower and shared by nearly every smart device in the house thermostats, doorbells, printers, smart plugs and 5 GHz, which is dramatically faster but has a shorter range.

"Just like a router or a phone, a smart TV uses DNS to translate app server addresses into connections it can actually use, every single time you open an app, search for a show, or load a new page inside an app like YouTube.
The default DNS assigned automatically by most home routers, which is usually just passed straight through from the internet provider, is often measurably slower than public alternatives built specifically for speed.
