When you walk, focus on keeping your toe in contact with the ground.
Keep your toes and knee pointing straight ahead to stretch your calf, achilles, and plantar fascia.
Weak glute med muscles may be the most common deficit on the list.
Work on keeping your hips level as you kick one leg out to the side.
Pick up your toes as you swing your leg through.
Move your feet further away from the wall to increase the challenge.
Lift your knee higher when you swing your leg through.
Strengthen your hip flexors to fix this mistake.
Open up your chest to bring confidence to your stride.
First pull your elbows back then bring your hands up (reverse on the way down).
Upper spine stretching to decrease low back stress.
Put the knee up that's further from the wall and keep it pointing straight ahead.
Hold your head high when walking.
Lift your head as you pull your chin in.
Tighten the muscles in your foot as it contacts the ground.
Tighten the muscles in your foot.
Then relax.
On average, your foot points outward 15 degrees.
But tight hips are making people's feet face sideways.
Stretch your glute muscles so you don't walk like a duck.
Increase your step length.
Build length plus strength with heel raises off a step.
