Erase 94% of yourself from the internet.

Your address, your old accounts, your leaked passwords.

Here's the step-by-step guide:๐Ÿ‘‡
2
1/ Get Off The Broker Sites

These sites hand your name, address and phone number to anyone who types it in.

Spokeo: search your name โ†’ Opt-out โ†’ Submit.

Whitepages: find your listing โ†’ Request removal.

BeenVerified: open their opt-out page โ†’ Submit.

Do all three. Ten minutes, and it clears most of what a stranger can dig up.

2/ Scrub Yourself From Google

Google runs a removal form almost nobody knows about.

Do this: search "Google removal request" โ†’ submit a request for any page showing your phone number, email or home address.

They're legally required to review it, and most requests come back approved within days.

3/ Hunt Down Old Accounts

You've signed up to hundreds of sites over the years. Most are still live.

Go to: Gmail โ†’ type "verify your email" in the search bar.

Every result is a forgotten account holding your details. Log into each โ†’ Settings โ†’ Delete account. Start with the biggest.

4/ See What's Already Out

Do this: search "haveibeenpwned" โ†’ enter your email address.

It lists every breach your details turned up in. Expect somewhere between 5 and 15 you'd never heard of.

How to use it: change the password on every breached account tonight. Used that password anywhere else? Change those too. That's what actually gets people hacked.

5/ Wipe Google's Record

Google logs every search you make, every site you open and everywhere you go. Clear the lot.

Go to: Gmail app โ†’ tap your profile picture (top right) โ†’ Manage your Google Account โ†’ Data & privacy โ†’ History settings โ†’ My Activity โ†’ Delete โ†’ All time.

Then: back in History settings, switch off Web & App Activity, Location History and YouTube History. All three.

6/ Clear Your Old Posts

Everything you wrote years ago stays searchable until you go and remove it.

X: use TweetDelete. It clears anything older than 30 days on its own.

Reddit: use Redact. It overwrites your comments before deleting them, so nothing can be pulled back.

Facebook: open Activity Log โ†’ filter by year โ†’ clear it.
