2 YT plaques, $150k/mo app ( heres how we did it )

I really should not be saying this in public

considering we have competitors with millions in funding
Watching our every move.

we ran an experiment for our $150,000/mo app.

the experiment was to basically create a few new
tiktok, instagram and youtube accounts.

brand new, and post self generated AI UGC content
using higgsfield mcp + VA's

the results:

2 youtube 100k plaques and 10s of millions of views.
which resulted in way more sales for our app.

This is not the only thing we did to scale to $150k/mrr
but it was an insane glitch we found along the way.

Let me explain how the system works:

CREATING 10 ACCOUNTS

The first step in this system was creating a few accounts
( we created 10 ) technically its 30 accounts.

1 account = tiktok, instagram and youtube
these are the only platforms we focus on.

we created 10 but this can work with as low 1-2

btw you've been lied to.. Shadowbans don't exist.
which is why this method is called the shadow ban method.

you can create 5 accounts per phone
( tiktok, instagram and youtube )

post 2-6 times per day on each

And you will still generate millions of views.

which is why this method is called the shadow ban method.

100 views is not shadow banned
50 views is not shadow banned

this account is a perfect example
100-200 views on average

And all of the sudden 273,000 views.

0 views is a shadow ban, but that does not mean its at the account level.
0 views simply means that theres something wrong with your video

could be the quality, metadata, something is off with your video.
but this barely happens.

And if it does, remember Alex hormozis quote

"Do so much volume that it would be unreasonable for you to fail"

anyway the goal was posting 2x a day per account
which means total 60 posts/day crossposted

or 1800 post/monthly videos

to make the posts we hired a VA

and handled all the editing in house
With the help of a system we put together with Claude.

CREATING THE CONTENT:

now that we had a content engine
ready to be posted across 10 ( 30 ) accounts.

all we need to do is provide the content

Now for the purposes of this articles I wont expose
the exact format we used

lets use another app as an example of how this same
playbook can be applied.

for example this fitness app is making $200,000/mo

they are printing millions of views/mo on brand new UGC account
simply doing before and afters with AI

and they have an army of accounts like this

if you look at all their videos there
is a system to how they are produced

Sure they are all slightly different

but ultimately follow the same pattern.
that can easily be replicated.

Sometimes still image to video
Sometimes 3 before videos 3 after videos
Sometimes side by side before and after

What i would do is map out every format thats working
And every detail of how its made.

and knowing that I have 10 accounts ready to scale.

I would do is use the higgsfield mcp + claude

To create a system that pumps out a bunch of befores and afters images
For different " AI UGC CREATORS " transformations

→Using Nano banana 2.0 PRO to create the
still images of the before and afters

→And then animate them using Seedance 2.0 pro
with the higgsfield MCP.

+ have claude create a system that puts the videos together
in the different formats seen before.

kind of like having claude create you a specialized editor
for the format you are trying to mass produce.

This is the most effetive way to mass produce ai content..

→ Claude + ffmpeg puts it all togehter

its important that the system you build internally can manage volume
because remember you are making 1800 videos per month.

mine has a bunch of specialized AI functions that makes 1800 videos
feel pretty automated. ( even though its a lot of videos )

THE RESULTS OF THIS SYSTEM

The results of this system are pretty nuts.

I mean we were able to add dozens of millions of views
on top of our other organic efforts

Tiktok drove the best conversions
but youtube was not far behind

and it got us 2 youtube 100K SUBS plaques which is pretty dope.
and likely will 10 of those rewards by end of year.

we are currently living in a gold rush era.

you can make an App or SASS in a few hours for less than $50

use claude to make it + setup payments in 2 minutes with the whop CLI

You don't even need to do anything anymore other than prompt
and maybe connect the domain.

And you can hire VA's for cheap in the US to post content for you

and if you don't have money to hire creators or influencers or vas

you can literally generate your own AI creators that look hyper realistic
for under $100 and post the content yourself.

and only make yourself responsible for mass producing content

Which can also be semi-automated or fully automated

then post an overwhelming amount of volume
which will surely lead to sales.
