TradingView became 10x more valuable the day I connected it to Grok.

That simple workflow helped me make over $17,129 while making better trading decisions.

Here are the 8 SECRET prompts behind it:

Prompt 1: The narrative scan. Run it before you open a single chart.

"Scan X and news from the past 12 hours for [asset]. List the 3 dominant narratives right now. For each one tell me: (a) new information or recycled, (b) who is pushing it (retail, media, insiders), (c) price impact high/medium/low with one line of reasoning. End with the single narrative most likely to move price today."

You do this first so the chart can't tell you what you want to hear. Half the "breakouts" people chase are running on 3-day-old recycled news... this catches that before you're in.
4
Prompt 2: The catalyst map. Run it after you've marked your levels.

"[Asset] has support at [X] and resistance at [Y]. List every scheduled event in the next 7 days (earnings, macro data, unlocks, product launches, court dates) that could realistically push price toward either level. For each: date, direction of likely pressure, and how crowded the expectation already is."

A level with no catalyst behind it is just a line on a screen. This turns the chart into a calendar of scenarios you've already thought through, and you stop getting blindsided by the CPI print or token unlock you forgot was this week.
5
Prompt 3: The divergence check. The one I'd keep if I had to drop the rest.

"Summarize current X sentiment on [asset] in one sentence, then score it from -10 (max fear) to +10 (max greed). Price context: [e.g. holding above support after a 12% drop]. Do sentiment and price agree? If they disagree, give the strongest argument for each side and what data would prove one of them wrong."

When sentiment and price agree there's nothing to do, everyone already sees it. Disagreement is where mispricing lives.

Good output has a score, both sides argued properly, and a condition that could prove one wrong. Can't get that last part? You don't have a setup. You have a mood.
6
Prompt 4: The unexplained move interrogator. For when price is doing something and you don't know why.

"[Asset] just moved [X]% in the last [timeframe] on [high/low] volume. Search X and news from that exact window. Was there a trigger: a post, a filing, a wallet movement, a rumor? If you find one, link it and rate its credibility. If you find nothing, say clearly that no public catalyst exists."

The last line is the whole prompt. A move with no findable catalyst is usually positioning, not information, and you trade those completely differently. Most people invent a reason instead. This stops you.
7
Prompt 5: The thesis breaker. Run it before entering, not after.

"I'm considering [long/short] on [asset] at [price] because [your one-line reason]. Argue against me as hard as you can using current news, sentiment, and positioning. Give the 3 strongest reasons this trade fails, and tell me which one has real evidence behind it right now vs which is just a generic risk."

You already know why the trade works, that's why you want it. This is the only step where somebody argues the other side before your money is in.

If the strongest counter-argument has fresh evidence behind it, size down or skip. Cheap insurance.
8
Prompt 6: The context check. Is this move real or is it just the sector?

"[Asset] is [up/down X%] today. Check how its closest correlated assets and its sector are moving in the same window. Is this move isolated or is the whole group moving? If isolated, what's the asset-specific driver? If group-wide, what's the macro driver, and which name in the group is leading?"

An isolated move means something specific happened. A group move means you're really trading the sector, whether you meant to or not. People take "their coin is pumping" personally when the whole market is up 4%. This cures that.
9
Prompt 7: The breaking news reassessment. Stays loaded all session.

"This just broke: [paste headline]. For [asset], answer in under 100 words: 1) Genuinely new or already priced in? 2) Does it invalidate the thesis behind my level at [X]? 3) What would the first 30 minutes of price action look like if this is being bought vs sold?"

It turns panic into a checklist. You compare price against a prediction you made cold instead of reacting to a red candle with your heart rate up.

Everyone who's puked a position at the low on a scary headline knows exactly why this one exists.
10
Prompt 8: The weekly audit. Sunday, 10 minutes, closed markets.

"Here are my trades this week: [list: asset, direction, level, outcome, and the narrative I believed at entry]. For each, check what the narrative actually did after I entered. Which of my entry narratives were validated by later news and which were dead on arrival? Any pattern in the ones that failed?"

This is the prompt nobody will run because it grades your homework. Run it for a month and you'll know whether your losses come from bad levels or bad stories. Once you know which one, you know what to fix. Until then you're guessing.
11
Three rules so this doesn't blow up on you:

Grok's output is context, never a signal. If a prompt "told you to buy," you wrote the prompt wrong.

No level, no trade. Narrative on its own is how people buy tops.

When Grok and the chart agree, you saved time. When they disagree, you found homework. Not a trigger.

Fewer, better decisions. That's the whole point.
