Within Islam, doing good because it is inherently good and doing good in a hope of attaining Allah's paradise aren't mutually exclusive. Both motivations can coexist and both reasons are endorsed. After all, our definition of goodness and wickedness are defined by the al-Hakim.

Meanwhile, you and your entire framework of thinking still have some homework to do: on what basis do you determine that something is good or bad? In other words, what makes something good, and what makes something bad? And is it only good when it serves your purpose?

Because one person's purpose can differ from another's. And if your standard of good and evil is based on a group's collective moral agreement, what guarantee do you have that they won't redefine what counts as good and wicked in the future?
