NEW: A leaked Israeli Defense Ministry tender reveals the military has been training soldiers to run influence operations targeting public opinion at home and abroad — including "Black Hat" techniques that bypass Facebook and Google's rules.
The program trains up to 320 personnel per year in psychological warfare, propaganda, deepfakes, and social profiling of foreign audiences.
