WATCH: A recorded call involving Karen Bass, made days before the Palisades Fire, is resurfacing ahead of the primary, with John Alle now identifying himself as the person who recorded it.

Alle says he warned about dangerous winds and fire risk during the call.

Bass’ campaign strongly disputes that, saying the call focused on planned law enforcement activity in MacArthur Park, not fire danger.
