1/6 As a Member of the European Parliament, I looked through the EU censorship files.
It’s worse than you thought.

📌 Receipts below 👇

2/6 Netherlands: the Commission made the Interior Ministry a “trusted flagger” under the DSA right before elections. (p.107–108)

The sitting government gets extra censorship weapons against the opposition.

3/6 The EU has a “Borderline Content” handbook targeting legal speech: anti-EU views, satire, anti-migration, memes.

They’re not fighting crime, they’re building a blacklist of opinions to be buried.

4/6 Immigration criticism gets framed as “violent right-wing extremism”.

Opposing mass migration is rebranded as extremism, so it can be suppressed.

5/6 Ahead of elections, statements like “There are only two genders”, “Children cannot be trans”, and “Stop the sexualization of children” were treated as “hate speech”.

If that’s “hate”, then what exactly is the EU trying to normalize?

6/6 This isn’t “fighting disinformation”.
It’s the Commission trying to control elections by controlling speech.

Next plenary, I will demand an urgent debate.

Then I will push for a parliamentary inquiry committee to expose every backroom contact behind this censorship machine.

The EU must be held accountable.
