And we are yet to see a major exchange face "issues" with their physical hold as I have said above. I still believe it will happen one day. Or conflicts will restrict access to physical gold. Imagine what if that happens...

A slew of recent X posts focussing on India's household gold by DS handles is raising alarms now for many Indians. I have been raising concern about household "gold drain" from India for long. I hope it is looked into thoroughly. Better late than never.

More on the above. I know GoI takes smuggling gold in seriously but how much are we keeping a tab on India's good quality old gold leaving the hands of our families and India itself illegaly? I hope it is looked into.
