I thought I'd found massive success, but then I felt lost, depressed & unmotivated.

The Permissionless Economy came from Web 2.0.
It's when these things went mainstream:
• Mobile
• App store
• Social media
In a regular job I spent my day asking for permission. I felt like a baby.
Then I met an odd character.

I accidentally found Joel Brown
He ran a blog called Addicted2success. I flew to Perth to meet him.
After hours he built this Wordpress site. Then he'd post stuff on social media and link back to it.
He wasn't a marketer or a genius.
This turned into a podcast. He got the most famous people in the world to come on it.
All he did was ask. And he clearly articulated what was in it for the guest.
