That's right, a FACTORY. And note the earthwork and how it contained the explosion.
This is a conventional explosion, or if someone was really sneaky, it was a very low yield surface nuclear explosion. [Doubtful though]

By very low yield I mean 10 tons, like a small fart basically. I doubt it though going by this damage this was 100% conventional. If one wanted to send a message, they'd match the yield at Engels and choose a more dense target.
