My full Vibe Coding workflow to build MVPs faster I don’t use...

Most devs waste weeks designing in Figma.
I use @lovable instead.
It:
- Turns text into full responsive UIs
- Connects real data
- Handles auth, forms, routing
Clients get something to click and test in Week 1, not a wireframe.
Before we build, we plan, fast.
My stack:
- ChatGPT Voice to brainstorm features with the client
- @CodeGuideDev to auto-generate the PRD + technical docs
- MoSCoW Method to define what’s truly essential
This gives us:
- A clear feature list
- A lean scope
- Zero ambiguity
This is the core advantage.
In Lovable:
- I connect frontend components to backend logic
- Configure user roles + permissions
- Implement basic CRUD, auth, and workflows
By the time I leave Lovable, the app already works.
Lovable syncs everything to GitHub.
Then I open the repo in @cursor_ai, my AI IDE.
This is where the real magic happens.
Cursor:
- Understands the full codebase
- Makes edits across multiple files
- Writes & optimizes backend logic
- Refactors APIs, improves performance
It’s like having a 10x junior dev, on command.
Model Context Protocol (MCP) connects Cursor to Supabase in real-time.
With MCP:
- Cursor queries the live database schema
- Generates + applies migrations
- Updates models without manual SQL
This eliminates 80% of the usual backend grunt work.
I use @supabase to avoid backend headaches.
Why?
- Built-in Auth (OAuth, Magic Links)
- RLS for secure data access
- Postgres DB with instant scaling
- Edge Functions for serverless logic
- Storage + file uploads baked in
Before launch, I follow a simple AI-friendly checklist:
- Enable Row-Level Security (Supabase)
- Add rate limiting (Vercel Middleware or Edge Functions)
- Use CAPTCHA on all auth forms
- Hide all API keys (never exposed in frontend)
- Validate everything server-side
Build fast, build safe.
No CI/CD headaches.
I deploy all MVPs with @vercel because:
- It auto-syncs from GitHub
- Global CDN = instant scale
- Serverless functions for backend logic
- No manual configs
Client gets a live product by Week 5 or 6.
Even though the tools are powerful, here’s the key:
I only build what matters.
That’s why:
- I use MoSCoW framework to define scope
- Deliver iteratively every week
- Get feedback as early as Day 3
- Finalize post-launch roadmap in Week 6
Vibe Coding = lean execution, not lazy hacking.
Using this workflow, I’ve:
- Built 16+ MVPs solo or with a small team
- Scaled @ignytlabs to $15K/month
- Helped founders validate ideas without spending $10K–$20K upfront
The system works.
You don’t need huge teams, endless planning, or manual coding.
You need a workflow that combines:
- Cursor (AI IDE)
- Lovable (UI builder)
- Supabase (backend)
- Vercel (deploy)
- ChatGPT + CodeGuide (planning)
This is Vibe Coding.
Learn it, and you’ll build faster than 99% of devs out there.
I’m building in public my agency, @ignytlabs, and sharing everything I’ve learned about AI-powered development, lean agencies, and scaling with speed.
Let’s build.
